Join me as we explore four yogic systems of physical practice based from Tibet, the Himalayas and West Africa. Drawing from 45+ years of practice plus certification and ordination across all four systems.
We will spend 12 months (90-minutes per month) in physical practice plus reflection & discussion. We will explore how you’re resourcing yourself for physical, energetic, emotional, mental and spiritual flow. We will also support connecting this resourcing to how you’re sharing your gifts in the world via work and other contributions.
